NetPasswordKeeper 6000 is a program that stores a list of password IDs and connects to the internet to retreive strings for those IDs. "testherelol" is only seen on the initial startup because I needed to put something in the settings stringcollection for the stringcollection to work.
Requires Windows XP with .NET Framework 4.0
